I think the excitement of the new year has affected my brain. I am writing a post on loving the one part of fitness that makes me shudder, I’m writing about how cardio CAN be fun!Cardio is a necessary evil for anyone wanting to drop body fat, lose weight or just get fit. When I started my journey, I suffered through an hour of cardio on a daily basis because I thought I had to. I hadn’t been introduced to weight training and didn’t understand that once I picked up a dumbbell, I wouldn’t want to put it down. But, cardio is vital for a successful training program, and while not everyone will need to push through Fasted Cardio, getting 30 minutes in can be fun (and easy).
